My name is Kyle Zachariah Kelley. I was born in Sothern California where I played baseball, played in rock bands, taught high school marching band and started studying contract law. I was drawn to Utah as my girlfriend now wife was accepted and attended school at Brigham Young University. I too was accepted a short time later and moved up to Utah where we were married and now have 4 beautiful children. The goal was always to move back to California but we fell in love. We fell in love with the state of Utah. The scenery, the mountains, the lakes, the streams, the seasons, the camping, the fishing, the communities, the neighbors; all of it was something we couldn’t see moving away from. So we bought a home and set up a permanent residence in Provo, Utah and have been helping others who have fallen in love to do the same.
I have been a Real Estate Agent, Property Manager and Realtor since 2006.
The initial interest was property management which has been a great and educational experience. I have been fortunate to learn many of the processes of updating homes, doing repairs, general maintenance, winterizing and many other valuable skills that I share with current and future homeowners so they can protect their investment.
I try to follow a personal motto that “accurate information brings about realistic expectations.” I feel that it is important that my clients know and understand the whole process whether it’s signing a lease agreement or buying their dream home. I want my clients to feel confident moving forward with their choices and knowing they did what was best for them.
I truly enjoy my job as a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. I would love the opportunity to show you what I can do. Please feel free to give me a call anytime and discuss your Real Estate needs.
